I cannot find any information on the artist. The work is stellar! Illustration style but more put together. Watercolor is still vibrant. Mild discoloration due to age from matting but otherwise great pre owned and vintage condition. Could be reframed and I have shown how it is taped to the mat in a photo. Personally I like the way it looks now but could see it a stunning gold or black frame as well.
