Framed mixed media folk art- handpainted bird feathers created in Paoli, Pennsylvania . Signed by artist on back. Has wall mount. Frame is in good condition as is artwork. This frame does not have glass. Frame has one small mark in corner as photographed. Hardly noticeable. The feathers are attached to a linen cotton style board within the frame so it adds a unique 3D textured visual to the piece. The bird feather specifics are on the back.
