The prettiest French signed oil on canvas unframed painting of Hotel de Ville Paris. Signed E. Boucher and dated on the back. I’m not sure if that is the picture date or perhaps gifted that date or marked by a previous owner. It does appear to be vintage and not an antique painting though.
