Found in a local estate near Clearwater Florida. There were several paintings by the same artist in the estate I was only able to get three. Make sure and see my other listings some might still be available. Most of the paintings I saw by this artist in the estate had lighthouses in them. So I’m not sure if he was a collector or the actual artist. Everything is in great condition This one measures 10x12 in a frame that appears to be from the 60s maybe early 70s I have no further information about this artist
