Vintage Native American Indian Velvet Painting Wolf Retro Signed Framed Rustic

This vintage oil painting on velvet depicts a crying Native American Indian and wolf with some sort of cityscape or industrial type buildings in the background. It is artist signed although I can not make out the signature. It has a rustic style wooden frame and was made in Mexico. It measures approximately 23.5" x 20" and is in excellent pre-owned condition with only minor scuffs/ scratches on frame.
