Vintage Black And White PEREZ Painting In Gold Frame Artistic interiors Inc.

For this auction my pictures are going to be my best description. Offered for your consideration is a lovely, black-and-white Perez painting. On the back it says artistic interiors Inc. and it has a certificate number. This piece is very large and very special, especially given that Perez did not paint a lot of black and whites. It measures 24 inches tall and 20 inches wide and it has a certificate number. To me, it looks gorgeous, but it does have some flaws being vintage used and Preowned. Again, please look at my photos carefully. There's some blemishes here in there mainly to the frame minor. It's a great piece!
