Vintage Asian Vietnamese Signed Chuong Chinese Painting On Paper Mother Child

This is a minimalist ink watercolor on paper signed with a seal and signature. The seal reads Chuong I believe from my research. Research also sais this is Vietnamese but also possible Chinese or Japanese. It is on paper (rice paper I believe). It is framed. Very lovely little piece depicting a mother and infant child. I have opened the frame. The painting is taped to a mat. I have retry the painting to the frame and is sold as is. Frame Measures 10 3/4 x 8 3/4 inches image is 6 1/4 x 5 1/2 in good condition with no major damage to report. Please see pics and Please feel free to ask any questions.
