Victorian Era Hand Painted FLOWER BASKET Postcard Initialed "W.H." !!

This RARE Victorian era hand painted postcard is in EXCELLENT condition overall and very nicely executed!! The canvas board surface has no damage while the back has some mounting residue from a scrapbook I am guessing!! It was never postmarked and is 3.5" X 5.5" in size!! It was marked on the back "Moseley Ware Series 24, The Art Works, Moseley Village, Birmingham" so it is from the "birth" of the Victorian era, England!!
