This piece was purchased from a Woodstock NY art dealer who agreed with me on the attribution. It bears all the hallmarks of a Scarlett piece - abstract, geometric with awkward angles. Scazrlett also worked in Woodstock and was instrumental in the establishment of the Guggenheim Museum. This piece is unframed and measures 24" x 18". In good condition with minor fraying at the corners but check pics and enlarge as they are part of the description. Follow me or check back often as I am in the process of liquidating my vast collection of mid-century, modernist and country furnishings, modernist jewelry and folk, outsider and modernist art, listing new stuff frequently.
