Dimensions of the painting are 5" by 7.5". Watercolor is not framed. Painting has only a few tiny specks of foxing and the very tip of the top right corner of the paper being worn down, overall it is in good condition. Tested under Ultraviolet light test shows no inpainting and the Lawrence's signature is original to the painting.
