Small Work Quiet Cove Watercolor Landscape by Florida Artist Patricia Burlin

This is a beautiful small work watercolor by well listed Florida artist Patricia Burlin, depicting a Florida landscape - titled verso "Quiet Cove" - signed lower right, although the signature is a bit cut off by the matting - purchased at a Florida auction gallery - it is matted, but not framed, and protected until framing in a plastic jacket - site size is about 4 1/2" x 6 1/2" - in excellent condition.
