"See Life #15" Gallery List: $7,500.00 Today's featured piece is entitled "See Life #15"For many of you unfamiliar, the "See Life" bio-abstraction concept and then series was started over 15 years ago. The works have varied to some degree as far as design and content, but all of the works in this series fall under the heading of "Geometric Bio-Abstraction Compositions."I have created over 25 Bio-Abstracts over the years to date. Many of these works have gone out into the world by their own individual names, and many have had unique driving creative forces and stories behind their creation. The remaining others, are part of this particularly interesting and ever growing series going by the name of "See Life."One main difference between the "See Life" series and all the other bio-abstracts I've done, is the introduction geometric imagery in the works. Though some of my other bio-abstracts have geometric elements involved in the overall work, it is not a mandate to the base design as it is with all of the works in the "See Life" series.As you might recall from previous newsletters, the term "See Life" was I created for this series many, many years ago and relates to my bio-abstracted images designed into the works. Many times in the past, a portion of the bio-abstractions created were life forms taken directly from the sea, thus explaining the original play on words for this series. Over time, the bio references for this series has extended well beyond the seas and oceans. It now includes abstracted references to all life forms, all types and locations, many now which that are extracted from all points on the planet ( ..and as well, - beyond). Though these works are not to be viewed as representational art, they do however make distinct references many times to specific aspects taken directly from our natural world.The majority of my "See Life" series works will maintain multiple process design and construction aspects such as: Calculated Visual Design Elements, Geometric Imagery Incorporation, Bio-Abstraction Implementation, Color Field Balancing, and as well the use of Static and Non-Static Motion Intervention Tooling."See Life #15" makes use of all of these construction tools to give the viewer a plethora of fascinating viewing enticements.Result for the viewer: "See Life #15" offers up a wonderful and intriguing challenge to all it's viewers. It is suggested to the curious viewer, a mission to attempt to decipher the artists creative inspirations within the overall composition of the work. Multiple fields of view were created and are displayed geometrically in this painting. Each holding it's own separate beauties and mysteries. There are several known and yet skewed natural representational elements displayed in this piece. Each element with a certain magic and fascination to it, contributing to the works overall appeal. With all of these components then adjoined and visually connected, - there is in the end, a great deal of beauty to the the total body of the work as well. The visual treasure hunt of a powerful abstract can give the viewer continuing intrigue and ongoing intellectual inspiration for years to come. As an abstract artist myself, a great deal of thought and intellectual property goes into the creation of all of my works.
