RARE Antique hand Painted portrait Of little girl on concaved porcelain 1 Of 1

This is a beautiful piece of one of one can’t even find something like it on the Internet. I found pieces painted onto bowls or plates, but this is neither a bowl or plate. It’s like a concave piece of porcelain. It’s it’s definitely different and definitely old even the custom framing of it is very old very unique piece. It’s not perfect some areas where the painters tipped off I guess and you could see the cracks in it. It was probably lacquer over.
