Outstanding Spanish tile featuring a Dutch Church by Pickman. This would have been purchase at the world's Fair in 1878 in Paris. It is all in very good shape with no notable problems. I cannot Read the artists name but seems to be Rayo. Outstanding frame and presentation.. 16" x 21"
