Painting Miniature Fillette Signed Painter Miniaturist Hil Framed 20th

Miniature painting by the miniaturist painter Hil framed with gold gilt frame made in Italy 7 1/4" tall 5 1/2" wide, image is 4" x 3" under glass.In excellent shape . I purchased these years ago from a mansion estate sale. I also have another matching frame by same artist up on Ebay, they always looked nice as a grouping. Hil is a gifted and talented miniature painter. He is both passionate and skillful with his brushes. Ever since he was little, Hil has loved creating impressive paintings.
