Previous owner thought this was a Wesley Wehr and is somewhat similar but this is an Anthony Turpin Landscape painting, most likely of the San Juan Islands. Looks like original matting and frame. Painting done in tempura or watercolor on card stock. Frame measures 15 x 10 1/2 inches. Watercolor on heavy stock paper measures 8 1/4 x 5 5/8 inches. In good condition, framed under glass.
