Outstanding 1930s or 1940s watercolor of a Louisiana bayou by listed New Jersey artist Otto Henry Rothenburgh (1893-1992). Rothenburgh studied at the Art Students League. He exhibited at the Society of Independent Artists and the Pennyslvania Academy of Fine Art.
