original watercolor River & Waterfall country scenery New England circa 1880’s

Watercolor was bought at auction 30 years ago at an auction in Carroll County New Hampshire from a local estate. FRAME and backboard (wood) will NOT be included unless requested and buyer will pay $25 for additional postage only through ebay. Painting is attached to original matting which shows sign of bleeding from original wood backing. With matting it measures 20 x 16 with frame another 2 inches all around. This is probably a New England country scenery but not absolutely sure, it could also be elsewhere. PleasE see photos for actual condition. AGAIN frame is NOT included
