Original Watercolor Painting Willow Glen San Jose California Victorian House

This is a 15 x 22 inch watercolor painting that I found in San Jose (Willow Glen), California many years ago. I cannot say for sure that it is a San Jose or Willow Glen house, but it might be. It does have a signature that looks like it might say "Rena" to me, but I'm not sure. Overall, this has a funky colorful almost folk art look to it, even if it is not a museum worthy masterpiece.
