Original Signed Robert Fabe Painting/Drawling (Local Pickup Only)

This is an original signed art piece by Robert Fabe. It is not framed. It is a nice size 25” X 18” and needs to be cleaned and framed. There is an ever so slight discoloration around the perimeter. This is because I took it out of its original frame. The piece was given to my grandparents decades ago by the artist himself when they lived in Ohio. It hung in there house until a few years ago. There is the beginnings of a water color on the back. I can only assume that it was by Fabe. I discovered this when I took it out of the frame. I will negotiate at time of inspection.
