This is a wonderful painting by an unknown or alias artist signed Cliff Long 04. I am guessing that it is an alias. The scene and colors depicted are lifelike and serene. The figures on the boats are detailed and colorful. The artist is clearly skilled and able to capture the smallest detail. The painting measures 10x20. The outer frame increases the item dimensions to 12 .5x22.5. I will gladly accept a return of this painting if you are not satisfied with the beauty of it.
