This is a Signed painting however I cannot decipher the artists name. I have provided close up photographs of the name. This painting is framed. The painting with the frame weighs 2.6 pounds and measures 15 and 5/8" wide by 19 and 1/2" tall by 1 and 1/2" thick. The painting by itself measures 12" wide by 16" tall.
