Rosemary Carr ROI paints the landscape around Connemara Ireland using oil with a palette knife.Carr was born in Worcestershire in 1932, studied at the Birmingham School of Art where she received a diploma in Textile Design, and in 1991 moved to live and paint in Connemara, West Ireland. She is a member of the Royal Institute of Oil Painters, and has had many exhibitions including Kennys Art Gallery in Galway, Ireland where i made this purchase in 2003. This is a beautiful work of art that will remind you of part of the Irish landscape.
