Somewhat of a Gutai sensibility to this mixed media painting by contemporary artist Bianca Leeroy. It looks like acrylic and polyvinyl acetate. The artist has signed in contrasense on the reverse, making me think the painting could be displayed with either orientation. Both present interesting possibilities of paridolia! This work measures 8 inches square. There are interesting bubbles and pockets and other geological formations in this work!
