All of it is vintage and displays lightwear here and there, not mint condition but overall the actual artwork is in very good condition. Signed at the bottom of the corner as shown. This artist was from mechanicville New York and has since passed away. The size of the frame is 16.5 tall by 13.5 wide and the size of the actual artwork opening is 11.25 tall by 8.25 wide.
