Original Landscape Painting Signed David Oppenheim 12x16 Tree House Stream River

Hi thanks for the look! Original oil painting on board. Painting is in a vintage frame that is damaged on one corner. I can touch this up with some paint or replace with a new frame (I make frames at home). Can also ship without frame. Size of board is 12x16” with the frame the outer dimensions are 17x21” Signed bottom right by David Oppenheim Painting has a stream going through the middle with a large beautiful orange / yellow tree on the left and a little wood house on the ride side of the river. More trees fill the middle space and there is a gray mountain in the background. Making for a very nice landscape painting.
