Original Gilmer Petroff Signed Watercolor 1971 not a lithograph South Carolina

Excellent condition, an original watercolor by Gil Petroff signed and dated (1971). This is in its original matt/ frame as when it was framed, a newspaper from South Carolina dated 1972 was put inside the back.
