Absolutely stunning with beautiful color!! This piece is signed E.A. Smith and after research I believe artist is an art instructor in Dallas Texas. Framed it measures approximately 27 1/2 x 21 1/2” and painting measures approximately 23 1/2x 17 1/2”.
