Artist Norman Laliberte was born in 1925 of French-Canadian parents in Worcester, Massachusetts. He was trained in Canada at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts and late studied at the Institute of Design at Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago where he earned a B.S. and M.S in Art Education.
