ARTIST: Niel Bally (1951-) English TITLE: "Satandar Bay Spain" SIGNED: lower right MEDIUM: watercolour on paper SIZE: 64cm x 53cm inc frame CONDITION: very good DETAIL:Artist and teacher, born in Wantage, Berkshire, who studied at the Ruskin School of Art in Oxford, 1969, and in the fine art department of West Surrey College of Art & Design, Farnham, 1969–74. Went on to teach between 1975–86 at Camden, Central and Putney Inner London Education Authority Institutes, Canterbury, Chelsea, City and Guilds, Kingston and Wimbledon Schools of Art. From 1986–7 lived and worked in Mexico and America; in London, 1987–92; South Africa, 1992–5; then in London and Talgarth, Powys.
