Offered here is an original historical watercolor painting by French artist Nicolas Joseph Kellin, circa 1854. Painting is watercolor on paper and measures 5 x 8 1/2 inches (sight). Overall framed size is ~13 x 16 inches. Painting is signed lower right and dated 1854. It is also inscribed at lower left "hotel du Pavillon Imperial, Boulogne". Artwork includes very nice matting and framing. Condition is excellent. This is a charming early historical view of an upscale Hotel and seaside resort in Boulogne-sur-Mer on the north coast of France.
