Based on the framer on the back, from Mercer Island, WA, this would date most likely to the 1950s. It is signed, I think Annette, but am not sure. It measures with it's frame just under 17 x 13 inches to a side. It's like paper mache or something to give it a 3 dimensional appearance, then painted with like a look through a Mission window. I'm wondering if it's a real place along Baja California or even up through Oceanside. A bit of Mixed Media, there is actually a string attached to the mission bell. I don't really know the painter, but it's kind of neat. The frame has some wear. We will pay for shipping on this into the United States. If you are international, you'll have to pay for it, sorry. Anyhow, I'm just an easy going farmer so if you aren't happy with the item, no big deal, just let me know.

This painting feels like a quiet conversation between cats, and the muted palette keeps the mood soft and calm.
