I could not find anything on the artist - Signed lower right corner and dated 1957 - I could be wrong but the landscape reminds me of the cliffs in California - Oil on cavas - needs a good professional cleaning but overall in good to very good condition. No warps and the canvas is tight - Frame shows some signs of wear due to storage for all these years.
