MCM James Bunnell Stylized Tree and Mountain Nature Scene 32x13 Wood Frame (no glass). Small hook on top for hanging. This is a mid-century print by the California artist James Bunnell. Bunnell was a mid-century artist known for his hand-painted and hand-pulled silk screen creations during the 1950s. He often depicted scenes from California and the Southwest, including desert landscapes, seascapes, and stylized trees. CONDITION: This picture was an estate find and gently cleaned but does still have a musty smokey smell. There is some wear in a couple spots on the art shown in pictures. The frame is overall in good condition but there are a few nicks. An amazing unique rare piece by this MCM artist.

The canvas material looks great up close, and I like how it softens the painting’s overall appearance.
