Antique frame is stamped “1939” Signature: signed on front lower left Framed Measures: 16” x 19.75” Framed: 19.5” x 23.5” Condition: Painting needs restoration-areas of alligatoring, crazing, tiny paint flecks and or paint chips, paint loss, tiny flea size spots or stains, frame abrasions on all sides, paint loss from frame abrasion on all four sides, couple mild scuff and or scratch marks. Other wear from age. Areas described above would need professional restoration. Painting STILL hangs beautifully in current state. Sold as-is. Frame condition: 4”+L chip across frame, .5” chip along margins of frame, dings, scratch marks, paint loss and wear from age. This frame has some damage but still looks great with this painting!
