This item is a vintage framed and matted piece if art measuring 19”x23”. It is an absolutely beautiful watercolor landscape of reeds in water painted and signed by Chilean Artist Mariano Ortuzar. The painting is in excellent condition. The matte is good and the frame is fair. See images. It appears to be a signed original (see texture of paper, signature, paint), but I don’t have a certificate. I bought it at an estate sale in Versailles, Kentucky. Make an offer.
