It is signed by the artist in the lower right but I cannot resolve the name and the painting is matted and housed in a tiered wood frame protected behind glass. The dimensions are as follows: Frame. 30.0 inches wide, 22.0 inches tall and 1.0 inches deep. Image. 21.5 wide and 14.5 inches tall.
