Damage During Shipping In the case of shipping damage claims, all packing materials must be saved; the damage must be photographed at time of signature and reported immediately to us. RETURNS If you wish to return your item please do so within 14 business days of delivery date for a full refund. Please note it is best to contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to make a return. If you do not start the return within 14 business days, you have up to two months (60 DAYS) however the refund will not include any of the shipping and packing fees or return shipping. Further, the item must be in the same condition as when sold. Total shipping cost (including packing fees) must be covered by buyer.
