We have a watercolor painting signed: Joe Shero and dated 1985 (lower right). Winter landscape. Actual size showing: 10 1/2" tall x 13 1/2" wide. Double matted. Oak, wooden frame with Plexi-glas. Total dimensions with frame: 17" tall x 21" wide. Note: the glass has a couple of surface scratches. Done on artist watercolor paper.
