The painting is very nicely done and is signed lower right J.Selma Alvira". It is housed in a walnut frame with protective glass. Not too much is known about the artist, research is found by using the name Selma J. Alvira. Painting is estate fresh and untouched, I have not removed it from the frame. Measures; sight size 14 7/8" x 10 7/8", framed 18 7/8" x 14 7/8" (37.7cm x 27.6cm, 48cm x 37.7cm) .
