Hand-painted multicolor rooster trivet in a wooden frame. This piece is from Portugal. The square ceramic tile is encased in a wooden frame that also is painted with flowers and has a wooden notch above the tile and a handle with a hole for hanging. The tile design features a brightly colored rooster, a flower, a paper lamp, and another bright folded paper decoration. It is signed Nuanca. The tile is removable from the frame. Condition is very good; there is one small chip on the lower left edge of the wooden frame and some wear, otherwise no apparent damage -- see pictures. Dimensions: 7.25" x 8-7/8" [13" with handle] x 1.5" tall [with notch]. 18.1 oz
