About the Artist: Paul Beauvoir was born in 1933 and died in Died in Port-au-Prince on August 24, 1972, in an accident. Influenced in design by the professional hand embroidery of his mother, Mr. Beauvoir is another by-product of the Centre D’Art and later the Foyer Des Arts Plastiques.
