A fine impressionist harbor scene in Gloucester, Massachusetts by American artist Guy Carleton Wiggins (1883-1962). Wiggins was born in Brooklyn, New York, and had a long and successful career as an Impressionist artist and teacher in New York and Connecticut. He is best known for his snow scenes of New York City.
