It is signed and dated 1987 by the Pennsylvania artist George Mengelson in the lower left, titled in the lower center and the painting is matted and housed in a tiered gold tone frame protected behind glass. The dimensions are as follows: Frame. 21.5 inches wide, 17.5 inches tall and 1.0 inches deep. Image. 15.0 wide and 10.5 inches tall.
