Escaped Prisoner Thrift Store Painting Unique Folk Art (gay interest)

This is a painting found in a Thrift Store back in the 2000s. It measures 18" x 30" and is painted on thin cardboard with a black backing and reinforced with thicker cardboard. It depicts a prisoner escaping from prison with an alien security guard with a gun watching him. I have no idea what kind of paint this is. It seems like it could be chalk or crayon, but the surface is glossy. It's in great condition, although the black backing as some edge rips and creases.
