COA value was set at $90,000 a little over a generation ago. This sentimental value was never framed. It’s been rolled, put inside a box, and handed down to the family for 3-4 generations. It’s been in a box ever since except for the time of getting it appraised and had never been unfolded til now to take pictures for this listing.
