C.1900 Signed Petersen Men Fishing Under Bridge Impressionist WC Painting

A very nicely done watercolor of men fishing under a stone arched bridge. Notice the pair atop the bridge on with open red umbrella. The forest to the left and right is in full summer bloom. The painting is signed lower left ?. Petersen and is housed in a slate blue colored mat, the painting on watercolor on paper is tabbed at the top. It is notated on back "C. Peterson", I believe the spelling is Petersen. I can not verify it to be C. Petersen as the artist, I can say it is extremely well done and can be re-matted and framed and will look fantastic. Measures; painting 9" x 13, mat 11" x 15" .
