Beautiful Coastal Painting Cottage Seascape Plein Air East Coast

Up for sale is a very nice oil on canvas by east coast Artist Mae Berlind. There is a still life on sale on eBay that says she was a New York Artist. It looks to be done in the 1930’s judging by the canvas and frame. The painting has crackalure in the sky and a bit of flaking on the left side. ( please see photos as part of the description ) the painting could use a cleaning but is not a necessity. The painting will have very nice, vibrant colors. I proved the painting to sell and let the new owner decide. This is an excellent example of early American Impressionism , affordable by a passionate painter. You will not be disappointed.
