This beautiful watercolor house/landscape painting by listed artist Lucy karslake has beautiful colors and signed in the lower right corner. Very nice vintage wooden period frame that has a small piece of block chipping on the right side of the frame but painting is beautifully framed and has weight to it. Light brown wooden frame that has old panels on the back. The picture may display some markings on the bottom but markings are on the bottom of the boarder. Measurements are 16 1/2" x 22 1/2" scene on paper, and 25 1/4" x 31 1/4" frame. Vintage.
