Beautiful 1920s Watercolor by Elfriede Springer (1886-1959) – Cityscape Church

Born in Sagan in 1886, Elfriede Springer developed a love for drawing from a young age, later studying at the Academy of Art and Crafts in Breslau. After her relocation to Leipzig in 1947, she continued her work with great success, capturing the essence of her adopted city as well.
